Consultation Screen

All information related to a consultation is clearly layed out on one screen, and is easy to retrieve. Data entry is fast and efficient, using drop lists, smart capitalisation and more. The screen can be driven with mouse or keyboard.

Client, patient and consultation details are located on separate panels that work seamlessly together. The Client panel, located at the top of the screen, is always visible so you never loose sight of who you are dealing with.

Client Panel

All details for the client are clearly presented with a simple, versatile way to store as many phone numbers and email addresses as required for each client. Send email to client directly from NLSVet (integration with your default email program). In the area below you can smoothly move between the other panels.

Patient Panel

All patients belonging to the current client are listed displaying their details and patient notes. Deceased patients can instantly be identified by obvious colour coding to avoid sensitivity mistakes. A clear overview of consultation history with instant access to any consultation.

Consultation Panel

Easy to quick-reference all information relevant to the current consultation and one-click access to past consultations. A close integration with the Point of Sale makes invoicing easy.

Search Panel

Integrated with the other panels on the consultation screen the search makes finding any client, patient or consultation quick and efficient. The powerful search engine searches an entire database of 5000+ clients and 12000+ consultations in less than two seconds. Search by client 1st name, 2nd name, patient name, microchip, client number or consultation number; The incremental list ‘zooms in’ on name/number as you type.
